02 / Publisher benefit

A premium revenue layer.
Without a new department.

Publishers supply IP, artwork, approvals and rules. LootID runs the operational half: identity, manufacturing, quality control, registry, fulfillment and verified transfers.

01

New revenue

Limited editions and one-of-one programs, built from assets you already own. No new IP work required.

02

Full IP control

Nothing produced without your approval. Edition size, price, region and transfer rules stay in your hands. Kill-switch included.

03

Zero operational burden

No factory, no warehouse, no shipping, no registry team, no QC process. You approve. We execute. You get paid.

Split of responsibilities

You keep the IP. We carry the operation.

Publisher provides
  • Approved IP and asset artwork
  • Edition, pricing and region rules
  • Transfer eligibility policy
  • Marketing beat & release timing
LootID handles
  • Identity — serial + chip per object
  • Creation — manufacturing & QC network
  • Registry — public record of custody
  • Fulfillment — encasement, shipping, transfers
Commercial model

Royalty per sale, plus verified-transfer revenue.

Publishers earn on every primary sale. When a collector transfers an object through the LootID registry, publishers optionally earn on that secondary event too — the kind of long-tail revenue that traditional merchandise can never generate.

Primary royalty

% of each authorized object sold

Transfer royalty

Optional % on each verified transfer

Program floor

Guaranteed minimums on flagship editions

Publisher upside. LootID execution.
